THE HOUSE ON SUNSET is an invitation only collaborative work space where invited Members have access to an artful and thoughtfully designed “urban gallery” housed in a re-imagined Paul R Williams icon on Sunset Boulevard at the nexus of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Members enjoy creative office space across three floors and a Secret Garden and professional amenities and services delivered seamlessly by a staff dedicated to effortless service delivery and technology support.

Each Member will have “all access” to the House and dedicated locker for storing and charging their devices and a limited amount of office essentials. The House has small and large meeting rooms, open social seating, several terraces and ‘phone booths’ for privacy. Additionally, Members can book out areas on a space available basis for their needs.

Members will have access to The House on Sunset as a Social Salon / Gallery in which they can come daily to use the creative office space, take meetings and

entertain, have light hospitality throughout the day and attend special events and programming in a unique and storied private “House” and sanctuary with one of the most important addresses in the world.

Members will share in a gracious collegial community of thought leaders, art music, film, publishing, design, health and wellness, makers and philanthropy where The House on Sunset becomes their true “third place”. As there is a limited inventory of Keys, pride of holding a Key is prime differentiator.

The Members will have access to The House on Sunset for business, social, and guest services that will include light food and beverage.

Members may also book out the Sunset Bungalow on a space available basis at a supplemental charge and have access to The House on Sunset concurrently along with supplemental staff.

The House on Sunset will host a world-class art collection, which will be co-curated by the Members.

Weekly programming may include guest chef and spirits tastings, screenings and wellness experiences. Many will be complimentary and some will be a la carte.
